Returns & Replacements

Once you place an order, you can log into your account, and check the status of your order. An order may be cancelled for a full refund at any time BEFORE it is processed and shipped. We CANNOT accept any returns or exchanges on baby formula due to the sensitive nature of this item. The only returns that will be allowed are on items that were damaged in transit or if the wrong product was received.

Liability

Under no circumstances, unless otherwise required by law, shall Marine Park Distribution assume liability for damages of any type exceed the purchase price paid, or the cost to repair or replace, whichever is less.
